Your Newman softball team is back! After 10+ years of no team and 10+ years of not having enough players, 2022 brought some luck our way. The girls won their first two games, one 10-5 (Karr) and the other 25-5 (McGhee)! Wow! They barely lost the third game, 11-12 (McGhee), but they’ll get them next time, AKA tomorrow (03/31/22)! The team is a mix of upper and middle school girls – the majority of the players are in the upper school, but some 8th graders were brought up to play on varsity and they’ve been killing it! We are so happy to see the girls back on the field and having a blast. Come support your Newman softball team!
