November has been a busy month for the Speech and Debate Team. So far, we have competed in the LHHSL. The team of Bryce Martin and Noa Nasoff were first in Novice Policy debate, and Ellie Carey and Elly Patron were first in Varsity Policy. Alyce Gordon and Sylvie Wilson were 4th and 5th place in novice Lincoln-Douglass Debate.

In speech events, sophomore Elizabeth Elliot made it to finals of Impromptu Speaking. Junior Elly Patron made it to finals of Extemporaneous Speaking. The next tournament for the team is Glenbrooks Speech and Debate Tournament.
