This Wednesday, the Newman track team headed to Tad Gormley for District and showed up the competition! Throughout the meet there were plenty of wins, seasonal and career personal records. Girls and boys worked incredibly hard during the meet and raced extremely well. From distance to sprints everyone competed their hearts out and were heavily supported by so many Greenie fans. Both girls and boys won first place overall and took home a district title for the tenth year in a row! Parker Davis and Morgan LeBourgeois received overall girls and boys 2a MVP. Overall the team worked together, competed for each other, and is now headed to Regionals next week!
