Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup of rice (cooked)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 large egg (beaten)
Directions:
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice. Set aside
- In a large pan or skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until just tender
- Move onions to the sides of the pan to form a circle and pour egg in the middle. Scramble the egg until it begins to solidify and then add the rice mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add any extras such as meats, diced carrot, peas, or bean sprouts
- Enjoy!
