Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup of rice (cooked)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 large egg (beaten)

 

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice. Set aside
  2. In a large pan or skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add onion and cook until just tender
  3. Move onions to the sides of the pan to form a circle and pour egg in the middle. Scramble the egg until it begins to solidify and then add the rice mixture. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add any extras such as meats, diced carrot, peas, or bean sprouts
  5. Enjoy!
