What’s So Good About an Air Fryer?


You may or may not have an air fryer, but you’ve probably at least heard of them. They function similarly to a convention oven by circulating hot air around the food. They offer a healthier alternative to deep fried dishes and add the perfect amount of crisp to just about anything.

Air fryers are useful for many types of food, healthy and unhealthy. They are perfect for vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and much more. Thinly sliced zucchini mixed with a little olive oil and salt creates tasty chips. They are also great for many comfort foods. Bagel bites cook very well in the air fryer compared to the microwave with crispy edges and a soft inside. Mozzarella sticks and French fries also cook to perfection.

Overall, air fryers are easy to use and work very well. They work similarly to ovens, but are easier, faster, and cleaner. They are not super spacious so if you’re cooking something in a larger quantity, a convection oven would probably be easier.
